Quantum Software Engineering is a research project “Quantum Algorithm Engineering: Bridging the Gap to Industrial Applications” funded by FFG Austria, starts 2026.
Last week, we joined the kick-off meeting of the research project “Quantum Algorithm Engineering: Bridging the Gap to Industrial Applications” at the Software Competence Center Hagenberg. Together with research partners from the TUM, TU Vienna and industry partners from different fields, we planned the next steps on how to bridge the gap between the potential of quantum computing and the large-scale problemsfacing companies today.
