Vaibhav Bamnote is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Business Informatics – Software Engineering at Johannes Kepler University Linz.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India, from 2017 to 2021. Following his graduation, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Bajaj Auto Ltd., where he was involved in system improvement projects for two years. To follow his interest in research, he pursued a Master’s degree in Simulation Science at the Technical University of Chemnitz, Germany. During his master’s studies, he worked on a diverse range of projects in the field of system simulation.
His current research focuses on the modelling and simulation of digital twins, with particular emphasis on their systematic evolutionary aspects of digital twins.
His interests outside academia include reading existential philosophy, hiking, rock climbing, badminton, football, and following Formula 1.
