Radek Šindelář received his Ms and PhD degrees from the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU). He studied Robotics and Control Engineering and his PhD thesis addressed the problem of fuzzy models and their structure indentification from real datasets. He was the member of Center of Applied Cybernetics (CAK) at CTU Prague and he worked in Advanced Technology Lab of Rockwell Automation (AT Lab Prague) where he focused on modelling, optimization and model predictive control of large scale systems (e.g. power and water distribution systems).
Currently, Radek Šindelář is working on the model-driven methods for design and operation of simulations and schedulling systems in automatic production systems in the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Model-integrated Smart Production CDL MINT.
